Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Konaii Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

Konaii Ltd provides digital services including but not limited to:

• Website development (Shopify, WordPress, Custom)
• Mobile and web application development
• AI-led marketing consultancy
• Creative and strategic services
• Day rate consultancy services

3. Payment Terms

All prices quoted are in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment terms include:

• 50% deposit required before project commencement
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Payment terms are net 14 days from invoice date
• Day rates are invoiced weekly or monthly as agreed

4. Project Scope

All projects will be clearly defined in a Statement of Work (SOW) or project proposal. Any changes to the agreed scope may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for work created specifically for your project will be transferred to you. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Warranties

We warrant that all services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We provide a 30-day warranty period for bug fixes on completed projects.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed to date.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
