Delivery Policy

1. Project Timelines
Konaii Ltd is committed to delivering projects on time and to the highest standard. Standard delivery timelines are as follows:
- Shopify Websites: 4-6 weeks from deposit payment
- WordPress Websites: 6-8 weeks from deposit payment
- Custom Built Websites: 8-12 weeks from deposit payment
- Mobile/Web Apps: 12-24 weeks depending on complexity
- Day Rate Services: As agreed in the statement of work
2. Project Milestones
All projects are broken down into clear milestones:
- Discovery & Planning: Initial consultation and project scoping
- Design Phase: Mockups and design approval
- Development Phase: Building and coding
- Testing Phase: Quality assurance and bug fixing
- Launch: Final deployment and handover
3. Client Responsibilities
Timely delivery depends on client cooperation. Clients are responsible for:
- Providing all required content, images, and materials within 5 business days of request
- Responding to approval requests within 3 business days
- Providing feedback in a consolidated manner
- Making timely payments as per the agreed schedule
Delays in client responses may result in adjusted delivery timelines.
4. Delivery Method
Digital deliverables are provided as follows:
- Websites: Deployed to your hosting or our recommended hosting partner
- Apps: Submitted to relevant app stores or deployed to agreed infrastructure
- Files & Assets: Delivered via secure cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
- Source Code: Provided via GitHub or other version control as agreed
5. Revisions
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be charged at the current day rate.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or third-party service failures.
7. Post-Launch Support
All projects include 30 days of post-launch support for bug fixes and technical issues. Additional support and maintenance packages are available upon request.
